HECTOR FREGOSO, passed away on May 09, 2018 in El Paso, Texas.  He is survived by his loving brother David and Rick.  His beautiful sister Isela.  There will be a visitation on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Perches Funeral Home- Alameda location starting at 5:00 pm- 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm in the Chapel inside the Funeral Home.  On Tuesday, May 15, 2018 there will be a Mass at San Juan Bautista Church at 9:30 am.
